Fed Up of Frosty Windshield? Easy Steps to Defrost Within Seconds!
Are you among the several car owners who park your vehicles
out in the open? If yes, then you must be aware of how irritating it can get
while scraping off all the ice from the windows and then frantically wipe the
insides to defrost them real quick. The humble ice scraper sure does work but
is immensely time consuming and will eventually lead to numb fingers and an
irritated mood.

While using the defroster in the car is also useful, it
takes quite a lot of time and waste fuel in the process. But not anymore as a
weatherman hailing from Knoxville Tennessee has come up with a sure shot
solution which can defrost your car windows in a few seconds without wastage of
time or energy. Ken Weathers might have an amusing name as a weatherman works
at WATE 6 has shared a formula that will assist several motorists in getting
rid of the frost accumulated on car windshields in a matter of a few seconds.
So what exactly are the secret constituents? A simple mixture of rubbing
alcohol commonly referred to as isopropyl and water. The weatherman illustrates
the mixture in a video footage which was posted over a year ago and has once
again raked in several viewers on YouTube of late. In fact, the footage has
acquired over a 16million views.
Procedure of making
the secret solution
Blend ⅔ part rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) with ⅓ part of
water together and store the contents into a spray bottle. Directly apply this
solution in a fine mist over the windshield and you will soon see the ice
disappearing from the surface. Ken Weathers says “The reason why this works is
rubbing alcohol has a freezing point of 138 degrees below freezing so you can
always keep this mixture in your car and it will never freeze.” Just make sure
the solution doesn’t get in contact with the paint and you’ll be fine!
